1980s cocktail dress with floaty overhang sleeves with sexy crossover bust and skirted bodice over tight fitted skirt. Beautiful print with rose motives in deep turquoise, blues and shades of purple and fuscia. Slit at bottom back of skirt. Very 1940s style.
